In love with this breakout!!! This is my first day ever posting a review…and I’ve probably purchased at least 10 breakouts. They were all wonderful! But there are always those that standout from the rest. This breakout is one of them. It’s clear, thorough, breathtaking images, and it even comes with a gorgeous preset! Just go on and get your credit card out now. This one is definitely worth it!

I am so glad I decided to participated in Nicole’s breakout! My first on Clickin Moms! Prior to this class I knew that light is so important when shooting but I really did not know how to look for it and see it more, especially indoors, in addition once I did find it I didn’t really know what to do with it! This breakout has change that BIG time for me. I felt inspired to practice daily with all kinds of different light and I took some photos I know I and my family will treasure for a lifetime. The PDF is incredibly helpful and so easy to follow, I have found myself going back to it constatly – the best thing about it is I get to keep it forever and use it as a reference point. Any questions I had were answered so quickly by Nicole. I also loved the videos to aid in my learning. This course has definitely pushed me to practice and learn every day, and all that with joy. I am completely hooked on shooting manual and feel confident to continue pursuing my learning. This is an excellent class to begin with! Nicole is a fantastic instructor and her feedback was genuine and encouraging. I loved every aspect of this course! Thanks Nicole!

There was so much information, and inspiration! Her photos are breathtaking and really show what light can do. I highly recommend this to anyone and everyone wanting to learn more about light!

As a leaning hobbyist photographer living in the Pacific Nothwest, light has been my biggest puzzle. I lust over beautiful photos of Nicole’s and other click in moms on IG or the click in moms page. I want to be like them and see light the same way. I signed up for his break out and am so glad I did. I was itching all week to have a full day home and practice all over my house. And the editing tips are such a help to upping my game and understanding more of what I’m doing. Time and money well spent.

I have learned so much about light from this breakout! I’ve gotten way out of my comfort zone with shooting indoors after reading Nicole’s PDF and finding pockets of light in my house when I always thought it was too dark to shoot inside. It’s been great getting feedback on my pictures and so inspirational seeing what others in the breakout are doing with their photography.

I thought I was reasonably comfortable with light but this breakout has really pushed me out of my comfort zone and taught me so much! Nicole covers many different lighting scenarios but also explains how to enhance these. The pdf has been filled with so many inspirational and droolworthy images and the indoor shooting video was a revelation. I had a few aha moments too when watching the beach shooting video and edit. This breakout has really dragged me out of my latest rut and filled me with so many ideas, thank you Nicole!

This is a knockout breakout! It’s incredibly thorough and detailed. It’s almost a mini workshop, rather than a breakout – it’s just super packed with info. It’s like a textbook on light, but put into a beautiful PDF and explained in a thoughtful, encouraging and inspiring way. If you like the sound of this breakout, you absolutely won’t be disappointed.

Luminous, Magical, and Memorable is just that! The information Nicole shares about her thought process, how she approaches an image, shoots, and edits is phenomenal. Her work is amazing, and this breakout is a look into her creative mind. Many times I look at galleries like hers and wonder ‘how did she do this?!’. This is your opportunity to see for yourself. I highly recommend this breakout!

    This breakout is amazing. Ah-maze-ing!!

Not only is Nicole an amazing photographer, but she was so easy to learn from and her approachability and helpfulness is refreshing to see. As an “old” pro, I always love to look for breakouts that speak to me and my style and when I saw this was about shooting for light first, something I have done for so long, I knew I needed yet another break out. I don’t regret it for a second. It was great to see the videos of her photographing so naturally at the beach, something I do often, but also indoors, which I usually shy away from because I don’t see light as instinctively indoors. Seeing her process from start to end, her shooting and what she is looking for, and her easy editing was all so wonderful and inspiring! Luminous, Magical and Memorable is just fantastic!!! In a season of working full-time photographing other families, I can’t wait to take a step back this January and capture the light and my own boys using many of Nicole’s tips and techniques!!!

AHH! This breakout is AMAZING! I haven’t seen one come along like this in a long time that really teaches you how to use the light. It’s not just a pretty portfolio of her work but an in-depth explanation and details of how you can create something like this with your subject. Just scrolling through her IG account will show you just how she uses light in EVERY SINGLE IMAGE! She goes through each type of light and shows you pullbacks, descriptions, tips, lenses to use, setting to use, and basically how to achieve making each type of light make your images stronger. You’ll walk away with SO much information for the price. This could easily be a month long class on how to use light! Her videos and editing secrets are worth it all! You’ll be so happy with this product!

I think the coolest part of this breakout is the live feedback from the instructor, and the challenges to shoot around our homes in ways we hadn’t thought of before I always felt like my house was too dark, but am finding some sweet pockets of light at this time of year. I appreciate the assignments as they hold me accountable, and it’s so helpful to be able to ask questions about the light & get constructive criticism back so I can improve. Thanks Nicole

Not only did it come with a info packed PDF there are also a ton of shooting and editing videos. There is even a black and white preset that is AMAZING! Nicole shows you exactly how she uses light and didn’t hold anything back!!

I purchased this Breakout to help me learn how to look for good light both indoors and outdoors and Nicole has delivered! The pdf is really beautifully presented and easy to understand. The videos are also a great help re: shooting and editing. I feel a load more confident when it comes to approaching light and where to look for it with this BO under my belt. Thanks Nicole.

I am in LOVE with this breakout. I hesitated purchasing it during this busy time of year, but I can’t believe the amount of inspiration I’ve gotten only 2 days in! I thought I knew every pocket of light and how to use every window in my house, but Nicole challenged me to rethink different kinds of light and how to use them. I’ve got so much more to watch and I want to re-read the PDF 3 more times. (Clickin Moms, when are you going to give us hardback options for these amazing PDFs?) I love that she talks about both personal and client work, I love the instruction she gives during shooting videos, I love that she meters like I do (!!), and I just love all her work.

I did Samantha McBride’s breakout live and was so blown away, and although I’ve learned so much from the other breakouts and workshops I’ve been compulsively buying, I didn’t think I’d ever have the creative fire lit in me again the way I did with that first breakout, but HERE IT IS AGAIN! I have already gotten some of my favorite images from these assignments, and I can’t wait to try them over and over again. It truly is Luminous, Magical, AND Memorable. Join us! You won’t regret it.
