Build your photography business through internet marketing and use your website as a 24/7 online salesperson.

This advanced level 4 week program focuses on building your photography business through internet marketing, using your website as your 24/7 online salesperson. Each FP student receives a personalized video analysis detailing the effectiveness and “user ability” of their existing website. Be prepared and comfortable making suggested improvements to the overall design of your current website. We discuss in detail the layout and content for your website pages and blog posts. You receive a complete online portfolio review with suggestions on how to improve your images, editing tutorials, and the best order to display photos that will capture the attention of a potential client. You learn content for SEO, how to keep up with blogging and maintaining/updating your portfolio. We discuss how to engage new clients and create a client welcome guide. You learn how to respond to emails and use reply templates that streamline your communication. Finally, we break down SEM, SEO and PPC. You learn an overview of site statistics, social media, SEO tactics and how to create a Google Adwords campaign. This course is ideal for any photographer looking to improve your current website, boost your online presence and generate new leads from your target market.

  • I am not one for writing reviews, but I can’t keep myself from writing one for this class. This class is absolutely phenomenal. Beth covers everything you need to create a beautiful, user friendly website that attracts clients, she helps you set up your workflow for communicating with clients, gives strategies for social media and all the knowledge you need to run an Adwords campaign. I launched my business (I was finished portfolio building) at the same time I started this class, and I have been fully booked since the course ended (and am now turning people away!), most of which I can directly attribute to implementing the things that Beth taught us in this course. The most valuable aspects for me were the in-depth website and portfolio review that Beth does, the SEO tools we learned, and learning to run an Adwords Campaign. If you are finished building your portfolio and are about to launch your business, I couldn’t urge you more strongly to take this course full participation. It is information dense, and requires that you put a decent amount of time in, but it will be one of the most valuable investments you make.

  • Kelly Barr says:

I really enjoyed this class, and learned a lot more than I expected. I was surprised to receive a personalized video of Beth reviewing my site during the first two weeks.. that was extremely helpful. I never would have expected that. To compare, just a simple portfolio review alone can cost more than this class. Highly recommend it.. and go for the Full Participation option. The feedback is worth it.

  • I was really on the fence about whether to take this class or not. Full participation or study along? I decided to go for it and sign up full participation. This is one of the best decisions that I have made for my business. Beth gives such detailed feedback on your website functionality, portfolio images and content. I now have a website and portfolio that I am proud to show to the world. In week 3 she addresses social media, templates and a pricing guide. All three of these have been game changers in my business. I now have a strategy for blogging, social media posting and corresponding with clients. My site was not even showing up on the first page of google before the class started and I am now on the first page. Yay! I am starting a Google Adwords campaign this month to generate traffic to my site and attract the right type of clients. If you are on the fence about taking this class I promise you won’t be disappointed.
